WHEW. I neglected to put my age in the ad and I’ve had senior citizens crawling out of the woodwork, LOL. That and kids young enough to be my kid.
I grew up in the [Xxxxx Xxxxx]… moved to Florida after graduating. I was there about 10 years and somewhat recently moved back. I have two kids… my daughter is 6 and my son is coming up on 1. If that all sounds OK, tell me more about yourself. Do you like your job? Are you divorced? You know, all that happy stuff!

Hi,
So where to start? What part of the [xxxxx xxxxx] did you grow up at? I enjoy what I do It gets tough at times like today, but I think I can turn it into a million dollar company. I see where it can go one day. So me and my son’s mother separated when he was one. We talk a lot and I have him two to three days a week. They live around a lot of my family. We were never married. I really have been working hard at getting everything started with my company. I flip houses like they do on television. I also do some general contracting.I enjoy being a realtor the most,How about you???

What happened that made today so tough?
I grew up in [Xxxxxxxxx]. Most of my extended family is still in that part of town.
I work at [Xxxxxxx].
I really like the work, but…. but…. well, I’m thinking about moving on in the next few years.
How often do you see your son?

Well a house I just finished in [Xxxxxxxx]. Which we put almost twenty five thousand dollars into it.The person that installed the new boiler and didn’t test the system. So now we have cracked radiators everywhere. I have brand new carpet soaked and looking like it will cost around another five thousand to repair . So being out there all day and not getting to do what I was suppose to do I am a day behind. The another transaction I had going on is falling thru and that’s today. I take everything in stride tomorrow is another day and nothing really upsets me, I look at it is part of what I do. My grammar is also horrible this late at night.Thank good for spell check.lol
Thanks for asking how was your day.

Maddy,
It is getting late I need to get to bed. I would like to know more. I like that you correct people. I am your average guy, I need to be corrected often.lol
My son is my life, we spend a lot of time together. We talk everyday and I usually won’t go more than a day without seeing him.
I know your children come first, and I am looking for a ltr, So I do understand that going into this and still want to know more about you. If you want we could exchange photos and phone numbers.Hopefully I will talk to you soon.

I had a date today!
I have been very much in contact with Bill — email, texting, phone calls. He “pings” me several times at day, at least. So, we agreed to meet for lunch.
The picture I got from Bill via email was very dark and grainy, but I am not so much a vain person when it comes to looks. I, myself, am rather plain, very average, very… me.
I walked into the restaurant and the first thing I realized is that… Bill is shorter than me. By probably an inch. But an inch goes a long way. I was immediately all vain, like I wanted to turn around and walk out.
But we sat down, had lunch, and man, was he handsome. He’s got sort of an ADD thing going on, or maybe he was just nervous. He kept asking me some of the same things over and over, and kept pointing out that he never did anything like this before.
And he was loud.
But we laughed and laughed, gave each other shit and had a great time. I think. Toward the end he started asking about my schedule, when we could meet again. Good sign. I’m not sure at all about him, but now that the initial awkward meeting is over, I look forward to giving him another round.
Outside the restaurant, he gave me a quick peck, and I was only half-expecting it, and because we were on my territory, I was rather self-conscious about it.
But he’s a really funny guy, very forward, very good-looking. Very worth a second look.
New ad
I really wasn’t getting what I wanted from the previous ad, so I posted another, more direct one tonight. I worry that I didn’t include an age, but as they say…. age is a number?
READ THE FINE PRINT
You’ve been hurt. Bad. You love kids. Maybe you have kids. You are looking at these ads thinking, what BS. This is so much like going to a bar. I’m just going to go to the bar.
Yeah, well, so have a lot of people out there!
Get off your ass and email me!
I have a couple of rugrats, I’d prefer if you have one or two young ones yourself, but it’s not a requirement. This ain’t a Brady Bunch episode.
I’d like to meet a guy who is confident but not cocky, likes what he does for living, likes to get outside and who comes from a family he gets along well with. Ideally, he will be over 5′9″, a healthy weight, can hold his liquor and can grill his butt off.
Me: I am professional(ish), relatively normal, no more car payment, own my own home, tat-free and just a few grades shy of earthy. Not so much opinionated but I have my act together. I’m not hard on the eyes.
Having a lot of trouble finding the right person, so please reply only if you think you can handle it.
